HostDesk planning tools

Put the assumptions on the table.

A useful chatbot business case needs more than a promised automation percentage. Work out the value of time that could be released, the work that still reaches your team and the peak days a monthly average can hide.

Planning models you can inspect

Both tools show their formulas and a worked example before asking you to believe a result. They run locally in your browser, do not request customer records and do not send calculator inputs to HostDesk. The financial tool formats the same numbers in USD or CAD; it does not convert currencies. The workload tool uses counts, minutes and hours, so it works with either market without a currency setting.

Start with observed handling times and a small tested coverage estimate. If you do not have those yet, use the pilot measurement plan to collect a baseline. Then use the chatbot testing checklist to check whether the answers you count as covered are actually useful and correct.
